Eleanor Healthcare Group Eleanor Healthcare Group, Providing Diverse Healthcare Services Since 1979

Since 1979, Eleanor Healthcare has been providing local communities with fully personalised and bespoke services to those who require assistance with home care; and we have a history of success working with local communities. Our passionate team can help with many aspects of arranging and planning care support within the home, and our priority is to get to know you, so we can fully understand your needs, whilst ensuring that we offer reassurance and peace of mind about the future. We understand that every person needing care and some extra support at home is a unique individual with their own wishes, aspirations, interests, and needs, which is why our services are tailored and personalised to meet your unique requirements. At Eleanor Healthcare Group, we’re able to offer tailored and personalised care services, including:

• Home Care – With our home care services, we provide you with complete choice and control over the care you receive; and our staff will work with you to help you choose the best care which enables and empowers you to live independently. Our home care services are tailored to support your needs and budget, whilst enabling you to become more independent and enjoy an improved quality of life; helping you to gradually move away from the dependence of carers. At Eleanor, we ensure that our home care services put you first and in the driving seat, and we can ensure that whatever your care needs, we will be able to tailor a care package that has been designed by you, with all the support you require from us.

• Care Homes - we aim to empower people using our care homes to make informed choices and decisions, whilst offering a safe and comfortable environment; we support and stimulate our service users to help maximise their skills and promote independence. Our registered care homes offer supportive and safe housing for those with learning disabilities, as well as those with physical disabilities, high care, and complex needs, who require twenty-four-hour support. Along with offering assistance within the care home, we provide support and care within the community setting, in an effort to actively encourage independence; and with the help of our support staff, our residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible; by taking an active part in how their home is run; whilst also enjoying leisure and social activities within the community. With all services we offer, before we match you with the right team, we take the time to get to know you, because you are our priority.

Last week, our team members took part in The Kent Downs 50, a charity walk in support of Dementia UK

They walked to honour those living with dementia, their families, and the Admiral Nurses who provide care and guidance every day. It was a meaningful day spent raising awareness and contributing towards a cause that touches so many lives.

Our Bromley Home Care branch has grown in leaps and bounds.

Since opening its doors on 11th November 2024, the branch has been on an incredible journey, from supporting just 1 package of care in the beginning to now proudly looking after over 35 clients every week. Together, our dedicated team delivers more than 500 hours of care each week, ensuring families across Bromley receive the support they need.

At the heart of this growth is a passionate team of 18 care workers, along with a Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor, and Senior Care Worker, all going the extra mile every single day.

This week, our team came together for the quarterly care team meeting, a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come and to celebrate the people who make it all possible.

We’re delighted with everything the Bromley branch has achieved in such a short time and excited for the future as we continue to grow, learn, and care together.

A huge thank you to our dedicated team for making this journey possible.

Walking with Purpose and with a legend by his side!

For the past 10 days, our very own Graham Walsh has been taking on an incredible challenge, walking the full 185-mile Thames Path in support of DEBRA UK, the charity supporting people living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare and painful skin condition.

Graham’s journey comes to a special end this Sunday, 20th July, and the final stretch is going to be extra memorable. He’ll be joined by none other than Graeme Souness, the legendary former Liverpool and Scotland captain, manager, and a proud ambassador for DEBRA.

Graeme’s passion for the cause is well known. Last year, he swam the English Channel to raise funds and awareness for those living with EB. Now, he’ll be walking beside Graham to close out this remarkable journey.

📍 Join Us at the Final Leg:

Sunday, 20th July

Meet: 08:30 at Tower Bridge (outside Le Pont de la Tour Restaurant, 36D Shad Thames, SE1 2YE)

Route: 11 miles from Tower Bridge to Woolwich

Finish Line: The Guard House, No.1 St. Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6GH

We’d love for you to join in. Walk a few miles, show up to cheer at the finish line, or simply help us celebrate an amazing effort for a truly worthy cause.

This is more than just a walk. It’s a show of solidarity, support, and strength.

Your presence, even for a moment, will mean the world to Graham, and to everyone this cause represents.

Love in Full Bloom at our Roselands Care Home.

Something truly special happened at Roselands Care Home in Rye, a celebration of love that touched every heart.

Our cherished colleague Apeksha married her childhood sweetheart, Inosh in a vibrant Sri Lankan wedding ceremony, right here at the heart of our home.

💍A love that began in Sri Lanka

🌍Journeyed across oceans

🎊And blossomed into a joyful celebration in East Sussex

From the traditional Poruwa ceremony to soul-stirring music, cultural dancing, and authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, the day was rich with tradition, togetherness, and pure happiness.

With residents, their families, our team, and the local community all joining in, it was a moment of unity we’ll never forget.

This is Roselands, where love is honoured, life is celebrated, and every moment matters.

Congratulations, Apeksha & Inosh! 💐
