• Remote ACC clinical coders/Auditors to support and expand Monmouth's Coding Automation Team

Monmouth Partners is a UK healthcare advisory, supporting NHS and independent providers and recognised for it's high quality coding services. We’re looking for experienced clinical coders and auditors who want to deepen their expertise, work across diverse organisations, and grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Fully remote, full-time, permanent role (London-based annual meetups and on-site work opportunities if appropriate)
• Work across NHS Trusts and independent hospitals
• Exposure to varied, high-quality coding projects
• Structured professional development and QA programme
• Support toward ACC qualification (if not already achieved)
• Opportunity to help shape our sector-leading Clinical Coding Academy and Coding Automation Tool

We consistently benchmark our work against NHS England’s highest standards and we invest heavily in helping our coders reach and exceed them.

Applicants should have:
• Minimum 2 years’ practical NHS clinical coding experience (OPCS & ICD-10)
• ACC qualification (or commitment/capability to achieve within 18 months, with our support)
• Strong teamwork mindset and awareness of current coding developments
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (with optional London-based meetups and on-site work opportunities)
