I ended last year on a high having won funding from to start a new chair yoga class in Wanstead, east London.

This milestone win means more people can benefit from mindful movement and restorative practices to manage symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.

My chair-based classes are suitable for all ages and abilities as well as family and carers who want to join in, move together and meet others.

You can join a class in person in Wanstead or East Ham or online wherever you are in the world, on Mondays 11am.

Do you have Parkinson’s Disease or other movement disorder? Can you get to Wanstead on a Wednesday lunchtime? Then join me for a weekly in-person group class, free of charge, funded by .

The movements are gentle, condition-specific, chair-based (no standing postures) and suitable for all abilities. The aim is to reduce stiffness and improve mobility for everyday life. Breathwork and relaxation practices will help to manage stress and find some inner calm.
