With the warmer weather please look at the The Lullaby Trust . Reduce layers, keep babies hydrated. If breastfeeding, they will want more frequent feeds (this is normal). If you're bottle feeding please don't give any water (under 6mths). They may also need frequent feeds, but have little and often.

Let's talk tongue tie!! Some of us adults will have a tongue tie as well as babies. Doesn't mean we need it snipped!! However if you are feeding your baby and have sore/cracked nipples/windy baby/or bottle-feeding and baby dribbling feeds etc, the frenulum maybe tight! If you need support please get in touch!
