Big news at Eleventh Hour Group!

We’re proud to announce that Aaliyah has been promoted to Director of our Complex Care Team.

Her leadership has already transformed our services, ensuring safe, compassionate care for some of the UK’s most vulnerable people. Now, she will step into a strategic role, driving innovation, strengthening partnerships, and shaping the future of Complex Care.

Since joining EHG, Aaliyah has consistently demonstrated a rare combination of empathy, operational skill, and vision. As Manager of our Complex Care Team, she ensured that services were delivered safely, consistently, and with compassion. She supported staff, engaged with Local Authorities, and built trust with families, always keeping the people we care for at the heart of every decision. Under her leadership, our team expanded its reach and strengthened its reputation across the UK.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, Eddie plays a vital role in making sure every complex care package is not just delivered, but truly works for the people it’s designed to support.

She knows that when we step in to help someone, we’re not only supporting them, we’re also supporting their families, their loved ones, and their wider community.

Meet Dan, Business Development Executive in our Complex Care team here at Eleventh Hour Group.

After supporting the NHS through COVID, Dan saw just how stretched and under-supported parts of the care system had become, especially for vulnerable children and adults.

That experience changed everything.
⚡️ It led him to ask: Where can real change happen?
💬 And after a year of searching, he found the answer in EHG.

At Eleventh Hour, Dan partners with Local Authorities across the country to design and deliver complex care packages that genuinely put people first.

Meet Alex, Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Temporary Staffing Team at Eleventh Hour Group.

Alex is part of the reason NHS hospitals across the UK choose Eleventh Hour Group again and again when staffing gets tough.

As part of our dedicated Temporary Staffing team, Alex plays a hands-on role in ensuring safe and reliable staffing for clinical services across the country, from general wards to ICU, paediatrics, mental health units and beyond.

We’re not just here to respond to short-notice requests (though we do that, and we do it well). We work proactively to build deep, trusted relationships with both clients and clinicians. And Alex is brilliant at both.

He takes the time to understand each client’s service pressures, whether it’s covering maternity leave on a renal ward, supporting a vaccination programme, or sourcing PICU-trained staff for children’s intensive care. His placements aren’t just fast, they’re thoughtful, values-aligned, and safe.

Supporting Our Country’s Most Vulnerable People: A Behind the Scenes Look

Aaliyah, our incredible Team Manager, lifts the lid on what it really takes to deliver urgent solo care in the community. 24/7 dedication. Clinical precision. Deep empathy.

This is what leadership looks like at Eleventh Hour Group.

It's tough supporting some of the UK's most vulnerable individuals, but Aaliyah and our Complex Care team do it with the greatest determination, and respect for individuals' dignity and physical liberty. All the while knowing that it is the individuals who need us the most that are at the heart of everything we do.

It is our core purpose to ensure safe environments for their vulnerable service users, adults and children alike, and bring peace of mind to their families.

We shadowed Aaliyah and her team to explore what an average day can look like. On this particular one it started early, and with a major event where a Local Authority had experienced a placement breakdown, and needed our support to step in. It is our ethos that we will step in when others step away to provide a safe and secure environment for people with the greatest need.

Ensuring our service users have the very best chance in life is a core purpose shared by all of the Complex Care Team here at Eleventh Hour Group. Our aim is to work tirelessly to facilitate safe environments and packages built with individuals at their core.

This human-centered approach means that our service users and their loved ones can rest assured, we have their very best interests in mind with every decision we make.

Jenae summarises the whole team's commitment to our children, young people and adults who require our services to live a safe and fulfilling life, with increasing independence. Jenae explains, "Everything we do centers around our service users. Vulnerable people who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Our main goal is to ensure they have the very best opportunity to live as independently as possible. We make that our mission."

A very warm welcome to the exceptional Shaun Winsall, Director of Services in Insourcing here at Langley Clark Insourcing. Shaun is an absolute powerhouse and brings with him a wealth of experience and significant impact. We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to have him on the team.

On top of the seven years within RTT and diagnostics support, Shaun brings with him extensive experience managing services across multiple NHS trusts, including previous experience as Service Manager for General Surgery at St George’s and Specialty Support Manager at Imperial College Healthcare.

With such a broad and accomplished portfolio, it’s often easier to ask what Shaun hasn’t done in the insourcing space. His understanding of how to design and deliver impactful, end-to-end services is unrivalled, and his knowledge, skills and experience are all exactly what NHS partners need in such a heavily saturated market.

Shaun constantly impresses with his capacity to innovate and execute with precision, to drive impact, keeping services both cost-effective and, most crucially, safe. His work in insourcing consistently demonstrates efficacy in mitigating the risk of bottlenecks and significantly reducing backlogs for his clients.
