A new opportunity to win some and lose some 😂
We’ll be focusing on the idea of losing (in a good way) this Saturday (21st) in my Yoga for FREEDOM workshop. Losing ourselves to music, losing emotional tension, losing physical tension, losing anxious feelings about this phase we’re in now and our next chapters.

Here’s how the morning will flow:
BREATHWORK - we will begin the session with simple breathing techniques to ground, centre and calm us.
GUIDED FREE MOVEMENT - a blissful sequence of gentle yoga postures will follow with moments to also enjoy guided free movement. All yogic abilities are welcome, including complete beginners. Lara ensures all students are catered to and creates a warm, friendly, social virtual space with no judgement.
MEDITATION - a specially curated meditation will then perfectly prep the mind, body and soul for the vision board activity.
VISION BOARD - you will be guided through the creation of a vision board or collage that portrays a visual representation of how you see and feel FREEDOM. Write words/ phrases/ cut out photographs/ draw pictures/ pick a colour theme that to you, represents FREEDOM. *Please note you can use materials found lying around the house, and a pen and paper will absolutely suffice.
ALL ARE WELCOME. This means any yogic ability, age, body shape, ethnicity. Complete beginners are encouraged!
