⚠️ ALERT
Cychlorphine — a potent synthetic opioid similar to Nitazenes — is still circulating in Camden.
➡️ Multiple naloxone doses may be needed to reverse an overdose.
🛡️ Staying safer when using drugs
🔽 Go low and slow:
Start with a very small amount (e.g., a quarter hit) and be cautious about new or unknown supplies.
👥 Don’t use alone:
Have someone you trust with you — ideally with 2+ naloxone kits. Using alone means no one can help if you overdose.
⏳ If using with others:
Have one person test first with a small dose and wait for the peak effects.
❌ Don’t mix drugs:
Mixing drugs (including alcohol) increases overdose risk.
💛 Look after friends:
Watch for overdose signs:
• unconsciousness
• shallow or no breathing
• loud snoring/rasping
• blue/grey lips or fingertips
📞 If someone overdoses:
Call 999, give naloxone.
If no response after 2–3 minutes, give another dose.
Naloxone works for 20–40 minutes, so medical help is still essential.
