Lets us explore Yoga together through developing bodily awareness connecting to our inner wisdom supported by spirit of curiosity towards health, abundance, peace and happiness. I'm committed to share wisdom, science and bliss of yoga practice through group and private; face to face and online teachings. Under my tutelage you can safely explore classical, restorative, chair and nidra forms of yoga. My method and training comprise wide range of Hatha Yoga practices with a particular attention to Iyengar Yoga technique.
