Storm's Edge Therapy provides therapy and assessment in line with the scope of Clinical Psychology which includes mental health, emotional, psychological and relationship problems. We are based in central London, UK, offering both focused crisis or symptom focused interventions (CBT, Coaching, Motivational Interviewing) as well as longer term psychodynamic psychotherapy. In addition to a wide range of symptoms and disorders, we specialise in the treatment of personality disorders; primarily using Mentalization Based Therapy- MBT and Schema Focused Therapy. We also offer therapy and guidance to carers of people that suffer from either mental health or personality disorders. Storm's Edge Therapy take great pride in our unique and focused service supporting creative and gifted people through crisis as well as to reach their personal and professional potential. The majority of our patients are struggling with mood, anxiety, substance or personality disorders.

A feeling that finally has somewhere to land.

For many people navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression or emotional overwhelm, poetry can become a quiet form of containment. It gives shape to emotions that are otherwise difficult to explain.

You don’t have to be a poet to experience it.
Reading a line that resonates.

But it can also be a moment to pause and acknowledge the quiet emotional work that mothers do every day.
Holding the family together.

Listening.
Supporting.
Encouraging.
Regulating the emotional temperature of the home.

For many mothers, especially those raising neurodivergent children, navigating their own challenges, or simply trying to balance everything life brings, that role carries both joy and weight.
Today is a gentle reminder that mothers deserve care too.
Taking time for yourself, asking for support, or simply allowing yourself to rest is not selfish, it’s part of staying well.

For neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD or autism, daily life can feel neurologically loud.
