Do you find that when you use an Abductor machine you struggle to feel it fully in your glutes?
- REASON -
This could be down to not getting your full range of movement.
- SOLUTION -
Try placing Yoga blocks between the pads and your outer leg to so that full engagement is taking place from start to your full range of the movement. 👌🏼 ❤️
