In the morning I begin with a glass of Lemon or Lime, cucumber and mint infused water at least an hour before I eat anything. This infused water is great for weight loss it is anti inflammatory, packed with vitamins and minerals meaning the physical healing nutritional properities are vast and that is what I require. Because I am currently preping my body for a 30 day waterfast, I will go into more details in my next post. I would eat a bit of fruit chased with coconut water or instead millet porrage traditionally called Hausa koko from Ghana and other parts of westen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFMT9Ht9M9Q&t=10s. It's delicious, Gluten free vegan / alkaline, a good source of protein, Manganese, vitamin B6, copper, fiber, Magnesium & so much more. The health beneifits are so many.
