💔 140,000 veterans have died by su***de since 9/11.
🚑 Paramedics are 3x more likely to suffer from PTSD than combat veterans.
And yet mental health support is still hard to access—especially for the people who run toward danger when others run away.

Many suffer in silence. Too few get the help they need.

Sentra is our answer to that silence. Built by veterans, first responder families, and mental health advocates, we’re using AI to make support radically more accessible, personalised, and always there when it’s needed most.
