How do you know if you need therapy?

Not everyone who needs therapy is in crisis.
Often, the signs are subtle and easy to ignore.

You might benefit from therapy if you:

• Feel emotionally exhausted without a clear reason
• Notice the same patterns repeating in your life
• Struggle to relax, even when everything seems “fine”
• Feel disconnected from yourself or your emotions
• Carry feelings you don’t know how to express
• Feel stuck, numb, or constantly on edge

Therapy isn’t about being broken.
It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and learning how to care for yourself with awareness and compassion.

If you recognised yourself in any of these points,
this may be your sign to listen more closely.

Trauma isn’t only about what happened to you.
It’s about how your body and mind learned to survive.

In therapy, we don’t rush the process we create safety, understanding, and space for healing.

Strong women don’t quit they rise.
But rising doesn’t always look like pushing harder.

For many women I work with, rising begins when they finally pause.
When they look at the patterns that kept them stuck.
When they heal old wounds that were silently shaping their confidence, their work, and their sense of self.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with who you are beyond fear, exhaustion, or self-doubt.

You don’t need to be stronger.
You need space to heal.

Sometimes, rest isn’t about stopping.
It’s about surviving.

Many people come to therapy believing they’re just “tired”
when in reality one part of them has been in survival mode for far too long.

Rest doesn’t always look like sleep or holidays.
Sometimes, rest means finally being heard.
Being understood.
Not having to hold everything together alone.

If this phrase resonates with you, ask yourself:
What am I surviving that no one sees?

You don’t have to do it on your own.

Save this if it speaks to you.
Share it with someone who needs permission to rest.

I have spent years studying, training, and continuing to learn and I will keep doing so.

But none of that means anything to me if I am not able to truly support the person sitting in front of me.

Therapy is not easy.
It doesn’t remove difficulties or promise simple answers.

What it offers is a safe, honest space where we can work together at your pace to understand what you are carrying and how it is affecting your life.

What matters most to me is not a certificate on the wall.
It’s hearing that someone feels more supported, more grounded, or more able to face their challenges.

Healing is not something I do to you.
It is something we build together, through trust, presence, and care.

If you are looking for a therapeutic space where you are heard, respected, and supported not judged or rushed you are welcome here.

🇬🇧Have you been feeling like this…
and thought it was just “normal”?

Sudden tearfulness.
Unexpected irritability.
Constant emotional overload.
Physical tension or discomfort with no clear reason.

Many people keep going, believing this is simply part of life work pressure, responsibilities, daily stress.

But often, these are signals of emotional overload, the body’s way of asking for attention.

Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis.
It can help you to:
• understand what’s behind these feelings
• make sense of your thoughts and emotions
• reduce emotional and mental tension
• regain clarity and balance in everyday life

Noticing that something doesn’t feel right is already an act of self-care.

You don’t have to carry this alone.
Looking after your emotional health matters.

✨ If this resonates with you, it might be time to listen to yourself more gently.

_____

🇧🇷Você já se sentiu assim…
e achou que era “normal”?

Chorar do nada.

• aliviar a tensão emocional e mental

Some experiences from the past don’t stay in memory they stay in the body.

Therapy can help you understand these patterns with care and clarity.

You don’t have to face this alone.
