As I was walking down a local street from the shop on recycling day.. my heart dropped when I saw how many empty bottles of laundry liquid, washing liquid and hand washes I could see in the open mixed recycling containers.

Being less than a 2 minute walk from some of these places my brain starting ticking… we are open 7 days a week so what can we do to make this process easier for locals?

We understand everyone is busy and having deliveries to your door seem easier than carrying heavy items or doing bulk shopping in a supermarket is quicker and more convenient.

However, we would like to find a way to make a difficult situation better and in doing so a few things will be achieved
1. You will be reusing bottles rather than buying new plastic bottles every time, so you will be helping in doing your part for the planet
2. You will be using natural products with no chemicals which will be much better for your skin and health and once again better for the planet
3. You will be supporting a local business

So all local businesses ( handwash refills???) and residents who live within a 5 minute walk from the shop, please get in touch

We will pickup your containers/ bottles and drop them back to you when you need them refilled. Email us on sage@sageshealthstore.com for more information

It has taken me most of my life to finally love me for who I am… working in a health store people expect a certain type of body shape to be recommending and promoting health products

That is not me..
I have struggled with weight most of my adult life after having kids and it is something that continually brought my confidence down. I was constantly on diets, continually feeling miserable about it because I was body shamed by the closest people to me

Not anymore… I am who I am .. I love the person I am.. and my confidence and mental health are at the highest they have ever been. I am now surrounded by good people who see more to me than my weight

Mental health is just as important as physical health and self love is something I strongly believe in

The sun is out today and there are strong happy vibes to everyone. Have a look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are worth it x
