I don’t rush my strength training! I tend to follow only plans and routines that suit me the best. Although I get highly inspired and wish to have muscles and hit the max. reps like others, I keep reminding myself that my body is different to them and so is my goal.

So listen to your body. Our primary goal is to stay fit, as far as we do anything that meets that requirement, and as far as you are satisfied with your progress, what others say or do should not bother!

Listen to your body! 💪

This was a Margazhi Sabha meal (a feast that goes on for a month to commemorate the tamil month, Margazhi and cultural aspect related to it) which was ofcourse served on a banana leaf (over a plate) and here’s where it got interesting.

Our vegetarian meals were all about small portions, equal spread of carbs and fibre, until now, I see people going for multiple portions of carbs for the same one portion of veggies.

So it was not really the problem with our cultural diet, but indeed the way we consume food has changed a lot that no longer favours our health!

Simple rule of thumb : Carbs = Protein = Fibre
All on equal quantities. Simple.

Wearing scrubs makes it look like the work happens here. Blood reports, numbers, protocols, checklists.

But most of nutrition happens after this.

It happens when someone is tired, stressed, eating late, skipping meals, following advice that doesn’t fit their life , and blaming themselves for it.

Nutrition happens the moment client steps outside and makes decision for oneself, by oneself!
