The three most important things that will improve fertility from my perspective 👨🏾‍🦲

1. At least a few months of acupuncture treatments as it takes time for the body to get into sync, or to get more balanced
2. A good nutritional plan is vital as fertility is made much worse when the body is deficient of nutrients
3. A good lifestyle plan and creating a healthy mindset.

After this the rest is patience’s 🧘🏽‍♀️

I find that most people believe that they are doing everything possible when from my perspective most of the time both male and female fertility patients are not doing enough to create fertility. Believe it or not but fertility is given, but it is also created by you. 🌱🥒🌿

I know it’s a minefield, but to give give yourself the best chance of conceiving you have to cover all angles without overwhelming your mind. 🤯

My programs incorporate acupuncture, nutrition and lifestyle principles as I know this is the best way to improve fertility. 👼

Acupuncture in Buckhurst hill, Essex 🪡

I’ve been dealing with so many sessions of tennis elbow, back pain, knee pain, neck pain it’s hard for people to understand why they have these pains? Well it’s because people are sitting at home and they have become more sedentary 🦵🦾

Posture always starts with health, meaning most joint pains are caused by poor posture. Poor posture is a mixture of bad health and a poor lifestyle 👤

What do acupuncturist do is alleviate the pain from injuries such as joint issues? We need a bit of time, at least 5-6 sessions as a minimum, but the acupuncture sessions should rid yourself body of the pain you are feeling 😩
