I want to tell you about my beautiful friend. She’s funny, kind, outgoing, and sensitive in the best way. She lives in London, and at the heart of her world is her little 6-year-old boy, who adores her more than anything.
But right now, she needs something extraordinary: a kidney donor.
Without it, her future with her son is uncertain — and that’s something too heartbreaking to imagine. With it, she could go back to simply being the vibrant, loving mum and friend we all know her to be.
If you’ve ever thought about donating a kidney — or even just wondered if it’s something you could do — please, please consider this. Living donation is possible, and it can give someone a whole new life.
