Cauldron of new life awaiting to burst forth π β β¨.. Stay safe but do look after your physical and mental health by doing all the things u love to do or WISHED you had the time to do more of pre quarentine - read those books that were recommended to you , cook those recipes you've always wanted, soak up the rays (at a safe distance!), write poetry, Netflix (though I've never used that in my life and will choose to remain unfamiliar for the foreseeable π) , reflect upon those important to you, learn a new skill (like learning the technical aspects of photography π) , a new hobby, take walks, jog, create a fitness routine at home you can continue once this is over using only YouTube (I'm doing hiit, yoga and tabata) that doesn't require expensive gym memberships, express gratitude, visualise your life as you'd like it, learn to meditate (a game changer π), light candles and create ritual around bathtime, detox - juice or eat organic .. OR the absolute BEST ADVICE - simply hibernate this out in PJ's and drink cups of tea πͺ β₯ - also ranks high on my list .. β₯ There will always be new life awaiting us when this has ended, but I am enjoying this period a little too much β₯
An *update* on classes.. I've been asked to create online classes and hold private sessions however I have chosen to enjoy this pause, embrace life / present moment and take a break for now and can't wait to see you all on the other side .. π
