Romco Metals Romco is a green-tech metals recycling company, working in emerging markets, providing secondary materials for trading partners all across the globe.

With a sustainability focus, we are building a systematic, scalable model throughout emerging markets, with a particular focus on the African continent. We are committed to reducing reliance on raw materials mining by recycling our way to a sustainable future. Started in 2015 and based in the UK, we also utilise block-chain technology, offering transparency and traceability with our products, providing industries with the confidence to increase their recycled materials uptake and decarbonise their supply chains.

We plan to create 7 recycling plants over 5 years to greatly increase Africa's bid as a powerhouse in sustainability. With a fifth of global population, the continent currently only recycles ~1% of the worlds recycled metals. We plan to change that.

Saving over 26,000 mWh of energy compared to primary sourcing, that's the electricity equivalent of 3,347 homes for one year.
