The Bridge is a charity aiming to make a difference to the lives of women living or working in London. We work to improve the health and well-being of women by supporting them to make positive life choices. Our fitness facilities (Gym @ The Bridge) are women only but our licensed café and meeting rooms are open to all.

Join us for an empowering, open and supportive conversation all about understanding and caring for your body in the postpartum period 🤍

Women’s health physiotherapist Sascha Koerner-Heinjus will guide us through the changes that come after birth, with a focus on:

- pelvic floor health
- abdominal separation
- returning to exercise safely

This in-person session is all about education, empowerment and normalising postpartum experiences. Come with your questions, curiosity and stories. There will be plenty of space for connections and honest conversations ✨

This event is for all women, especially those who are pregnant, recently postpartum or want to understand their bodies better 😌

The Bridge's can be traced back to the 1920s when a group of radical, outward looking women set out to form an organisation with the aim of promoting the intellectual, physical, spiritual, moral and social interests and needs of its members. Today, we are more than just a charity and much of what we do is driven by those founding principles.
