November’s here, and I want to share the vibe inside our Circle right now.
Yes, our six-week Lock-In has come to an end.
The ladies are focused.
Festive season’s on everyone’s mind.
But no one’s slowing down.
We’re not the type to say,
“November’s busy. December’s a write-off. I’ll start again in January.”
Nah. That’s not us.
For us, the festive season isn’t a free pass or a punishment.
It’s a chance to lean into the structure that keeps us moving… with a sprinkle of flexibility so we can enjoy life and still stay aligned with our body goals.
We’re stepping into that time of year where the calendar’s packed… work parties, family dinners, nights out, mince pies, chocolates everywhere.
And sure, it’s easy to say, “I’ll start again in January.”
But that’s not what we do inside the Circle.
Because the women in here aren’t just trying to survive the season… they’re owning it.
They’ve made it clear what they want:
✨ To keep their structure.
✨ To keep their rhythm.
✨ To feel good in their bodies — not bloated, sluggish, or like they’ve taken steps backwards on their journey.
They want to slip into their dresses and feel proud of the work they’ve put in.
Not hiding in photos.
Not tugging at their clothes all night.
Just feeling strong, grounded, and confident.
They’ll be training 2–3x per week.
They’ll still say yes to prosecco.
They’ll keep working towards their goals (whether that’s maintaining or moving forward) not by doing the most, but by staying consistent with a little give and take along the way.
You don’t lose progress because you enjoy Christmas. You lose progress when you stop showing up at all.
Here’s what we’ll be doing inside our Six Week Festive Flex.
We’ll be using our Give and Take Method to plan around social events, balance nights out with lighter days, train 2–3x per week, and make smart swaps that let you enjoy the food, the prosecco, and still stay on track with your goals.
