November’s here, and I want to share the vibe inside our Circle right now.

Yes, our six-week Lock-In has come to an end.

The ladies are focused.
Festive season’s on everyone’s mind.
But no one’s slowing down.

We’re not the type to say,
“November’s busy. December’s a write-off. I’ll start again in January.”

Nah. That’s not us.

For us, the festive season isn’t a free pass or a punishment.

It’s a chance to lean into the structure that keeps us moving… with a sprinkle of flexibility so we can enjoy life and still stay aligned with our body goals.

We’re stepping into that time of year where the calendar’s packed… work parties, family dinners, nights out, mince pies, chocolates everywhere.

And sure, it’s easy to say, “I’ll start again in January.”

But that’s not what we do inside the Circle.

Because the women in here aren’t just trying to survive the season… they’re owning it.

They’ve made it clear what they want:
✨ To keep their structure.
✨ To keep their rhythm.
✨ To feel good in their bodies — not bloated, sluggish, or like they’ve taken steps backwards on their journey.

They want to slip into their dresses and feel proud of the work they’ve put in.
Not hiding in photos.
Not tugging at their clothes all night.
Just feeling strong, grounded, and confident.

They’ll be training 2–3x per week.
They’ll still say yes to prosecco.
They’ll keep working towards their goals (whether that’s maintaining or moving forward) not by doing the most, but by staying consistent with a little give and take along the way.

You don’t lose progress because you enjoy Christmas. You lose progress when you stop showing up at all.

Here’s what we’ll be doing inside our Six Week Festive Flex.

We’ll be using our Give and Take Method to plan around social events, balance nights out with lighter days, train 2–3x per week, and make smart swaps that let you enjoy the food, the prosecco, and still stay on track with your goals.

There are two types of women this time of year.

The ones who quietly hit pause,
telling themselves they’ll pick up their body composition goals in January…

And the ones who’ve worked too damn hard to

💫Watch their jeans get tighter
💫 Hide behind people in photos
💫 Wake up bloated, sluggish, and full of regret

She’s the woman who’s not saying no to the office Christmas lunch while everyone else eats.

She’s not skipping the prosecco at dinner parties.

She’s not tracking every single calorie obsessively.

She knows how to enjoy the festivities without letting three glasses of wine become the whole bottle.

life in October…

Family, friends, business, food, training, me time… Balance 💫

October kicked my glutes a bit.

Appetite disappeared for 2-3 weeks, training suffered, energy was low. But I still kept my head in the game. This final week of the month I’ve found my fire again.

We adapt and we keep it moving.

The circle has been ON FIRE during lock-in Szn. 6 weeks deep. The ladies are showing up, smashing their routines, transforming their bodies and mindsets.

I love how these ladies energy can really lift the whole damn vibe of the circle 🔥

Here’s what this month taught me:

Any relationship worth having… friendship, business, love, requires WORK.

Communication. Trust. Honesty. Clarity. Transparency.

These aren’t just words btw. They’re the values I build everything on. My business. My relationships. My life.

Thank you October… let’s see what the final two months of the year brings

6 weeks of progress…

5 of those weeks in our Six Week Body Recomp Lock-In 🔥

She didn’t follow a perfect plan.
She didn’t track everything to a T.
She didn’t train 4-6 x a week.
She didn’t avoid socials and weekends away.

But she DID lock in on a few simple things:

✅ Strength training 3x a week (2x on busy weeks)
✅ Repeatable meals that hit her targets and allowed flexibility
✅ Locked in time to prep and reset
✅ Managed socials without spiralling

How she did it… three simple frameworks we use inside our Circle:

Stops spirals & guilt when things don’t go to plan.

Everything changed for me when I stopped playing small in the gym.

I thought I was training hard. I thought I was eating well. But my body wasn’t changing the way I wanted it to.

I didn’t want to look skinny fat. I wanted shape, some definition.

I wanted to feel good in a dress without holding my stomach in.

I wanted glutes that looked full and lifted… Lines in my legs. Strong-looking arms.

But it just wasn’t happening for me.
So, I had to have a real good old talk with myself.

Like… Mai, are you actually doing what needs to be done? Or are you just coasting and hoping for results?

Truth is, I didn’t even know where I needed to build muscle to create a better shape. I didn’t realise how hard I actually had to push myself.

I really thought I was doing enough…
But “enough” wasn’t getting me very far!

That was the shift.

I started paying attention to women I actually admired in the gym.

They weren’t hiding. They were in the free weights area lifting heavy. Training with purpose.

They actually knew what they were doing.

And I realised…
If I want a leaner, shapely defined body…

I need to train like it. Lift like it. Eat like it. Live like it.

So if you’re showing up but not challenging yourself, your body’s got no reason to change.

Most of you aren’t skipping the gym.
You’re just comfortable. Repeating the same weights. Same reps.
No real awareness around food.

Basically… complacent.

That’s why your shape isn’t changing.

Progression is non-negotiable.

Your body doesn’t change just because you turned up. It changes because you got stronger.

So stop going through the motions.
Start training like you’re the baddest to do it 🔥

You don’t need permission to lift heavier or take up space.

Ladies, you’ll always look the way you train.

So if you want to look like you lift…
You’ve actually got to LIFT.

Most women think they’ve hit their limit when it comes to getting leaner and looking more defined.

You haven’t.

You blame genetics, age, hormones… but really, it’s this:

👉🏾 Your ex*****on isn’t precise enough
👉🏾 Your fat loss phase isn’t being done properly
👉🏾 No one’s had the balls to say, “You’re working hard… but it’s not enough to take you to your next level.”

The reality is, trying hard isn’t the same as doing what actually works.

You need structure, data, and someone to push you past comfortable and into uncomfortable… the place where real change happens.

If you’re going to be in a deficit to reveal your shape and build the body you actually want, make it count.

No more winging it. No more coasting. No more repeating the same patterns without progress.

Huge respect and congratulations to our client for stepping on the British Finals stage this weekend.

Her second show ever and she’s 52 years young (yeah you read that right) 🔥

Let me tell you what happened between May and October.

Life didn’t just happen. It came at her HARD.

Personal stuff that would’ve given most people every excuse to quit. To say “maybe next year.”

To let the dream die quietly.
And she could have. She had every reason to.

But Tina kept showing up. Not with ideal circumstances but she showed up ANYWAY.

At 52, while the world tells women to shrink, to age “gracefully,” to accept less...

She stepped on a stage under the brightest lights in a bikini and said WATCH ME NAH 🔥🔥🔥🔥

and I coached her through mindset challenges, setbacks, the ups and downs of life that could’ve made her say F this…

But every single time, she chose herself. She kept the promise she made to HERSELF.

Let’s be clear, she didn’t step on that stage because she ‘got through it.’

She stepped on that stage because she kept her head in the game.

Because she showed up like an athlete.

Because she didn’t give up on herself.

This is what real POWER looks like.

Not waiting for permission.

Not shrinking to make others comfortable.

Not letting age be the reason you don’t chase what sets your soul on fire.

If you’re waiting for the “right time” chase your dreams, this is your sign that there isn’t one.

If you think you’re “too old”, Tina just proved that’s a big lie you’ve been telling yourself.

The only thing standing between you and your dreams is the decision to stop negotiating with yourself, make the decision and get it done 🤝🏾

I had this conversation with one of the awesome ladies inside our circle:

She said, “I feel embarrassed about wanting my body to look better.”

And I felt that in my chest.
So I’m about to say this with chest…

We’ve been conditioned to shrink our goals.

To act like wanting physical change makes us vain.

To chase health, but not too much confidence.

To never admit that we actually want to look damn good.

But let me tell you…

You can want to feel strong and look strong.

You can train for longevity and love how your body changes.

You can be proud of your discipline and your reflection.

There’s no shame in wanting more.

There’s no shame in wanting a body that shows how focused, committed and dedicated you are.

There’s no shame in wanting glutes that look f’ing amazing in a dress, pair of jeans or joggers.

There’s POWER in owning it.

This is the energy we move with inside the M-Powerment Circle Body Recomp System where we build physiques that reflect the women we’re becoming.
