🪔It’s Diwali in the Hindu calendar today. 🪔

Wishing you light, health and peace if you are celebrating.

At times of celebration, it can be easy to assume that everyone is feeling joyful. But for many, this season can also bring feelings of pain, absence, or not quite belonging.

Everything just feels different now....

If you are grieving, missing loved ones, or moving through a difficult transition, please know you are not alone. It may feel like this, but so many others will be experiencing this.

This day may not look the same as it once did, but in your own time you will find gentle ways to redefine what this moment means, and to mark it in a way that feels right for you.

Sending warmth and compassion to you today. 🪔

I’m absolutely in love with my new space to see clients - it’s felt to special to make this my own.

Returning back to in person work after closing down my clinic in Covid feels like reclaiming a little piece of autonomy ❤️🥰

Here’s to a great day working with my clients 😍

September asks a lot of us. 🍂

New timetables, shifting roles, old feelings stirred up by lots of change.

For me its the first time in almost 23 years that I am not navigating school or uni runs!

We tell ourselves to “get on with it,” but our bodies and minds move at a more human and imperfect pace

In Counselling and Coaching, I often notice that transition has three parts:

What’s ending,
The messy middle,
What’s beginning.

Most of us try to leap to the beginning and skip the middle, where uncertainty, grief, and growth all coexist together.

If you’re in that middle space, some gentle questions:

What’s actually ending for me right now? (a routine, a role, an idea of myself)

What helps me feel safe enough to move at my pace? (time, boundaries, language, community)

What would support look like - practical, emotional, cultural?

🌟A small practice for the week 🌟

Take 10 quiet minutes and draw three columns: Ending • Middle • Beginning.

Write a few words in each. Then add three lines beneath:
One support I can lean on (person/practice/place)
One boundary to protect my energy
One kindness I can offer myself today

This is the heart of my work: a confidential, compassionate space to make sense of what’s heavy, heal what hurts, and choose next steps that fit who you are, honouring your context, culture, and pace.

If you would like to explore working together , you’re welcome to a free 20 minute connection call 🌟

Waking up with a full heart today. ❤️🌟

We had the joy and privilege of watching our youngest Dhru, graduate from The University of Warwick with 2:1 Honours degree in Psychology yesterday.

We could not be prouder of him for so many reasons. For immersing himself into his studies, for his tenacity but mostly for the considerate, kind and brave young man he is.

It’s WILD how there are times in the journey of parenthood that make you wonder if you are up to the job, times it feels like the tough bits may never end - but also the sweet, sweet moments when you see them becoming and finding their way in the world.

SO many emotions but I’ll save them for my journal 🤣 just wanted to share the news and our joy. All blessings welcome 🥰

Take your time.

Your grief is a sacred process.

It needs to be felt and embodied.

And somewhere on that journey you will look for that version of yourself that once was, only to find losing a part of you was indeed a part of that loss.

However, when you are ready it’s possible for you to find a more fearless, open hearted more truer version of you that can hold the grief alongside a life you live fully ❤️

Let Me Help You Live Your Happiest Life

Hello friend! I am a Homeopath and Coach and work with people who are suffering with grief, loss, depression, anxiety and stress.

People, maybe like you? People who have become stuck in negative thoughts, feelings and cycles of behaviour. I know you want to feel better but panic attacks, low mood, incessant worrying, reliving your trauma, feeling depressed and sometimes not even being able to get out of bed in the morning stops you!

With my homeopathy packages and one to one grief coaching and life coaching programs I will work with you to move through all of this. I will work with you to get complete with whatever the pain of your loss is and the grief you are experiencing.

I can help you eliminate the panic attacks, help you come out of the depression, help you stop living in a state of worry and anxiety all the time. I can help you live your happiest life. I just want you to know - you don't have to feel like this forever my friend.
