Who are you really?

It’s always a courageous thing to enter into therapy to work through traumatic experiences we may be holding.

Working safely with trained professionals is more important than most people understand. We always want to work from a place of safety, in a way that is tolerable to our clients system and working at their pace. Always.

What has your experience been? ❤️

It’s magic when we allow things to surface from the deep - often things we didn’t realise were there ❤️

2026 is the year of doing scary things.

I’ve signed up for a half marathon 😳

Today I did my first long run - ME running?!

5K without stoping 😭

Couldn’t be more grateful for this son of mine, what a great coach ❤️🤗

Finally had time to organise my new business cards - does anyone even use them anymore?? 👀😁

Is therapy just for when we are experiencing crisis situations?

Does there have to be something ostensibly ‘wrong’ to go go therapy….here are my thoughts and experiences.

Tell me yours ❤️

Can you help me with some feedback? 🤗

Good to be back in the studio filming for podcast with Michaela McCarthy.

Here’s a sneak behind the scenes 🥰

Mumbai gave me a lesson I didn’t know I needed.
Mid-chaos, mid-crowds, mid “we haven’t eaten”, my (very wise) son said:

“We’re being swallowed up. We need to stop and recalibrate.”

And he was right. 🥰

Sometimes the bravest thing isn’t pushing through.
It’s pausing.
Eating.
Resting.
Breathing.
Choosing what happens next.

Back home, back at work, I keep thinking:

Where is life swallowing me up?

And what would my “back to the hotel” moment look like?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to wait until you break.

Support can be a reset, whether that’s 1:1 therapy or a group space to breathe and reflect.

One tiny recalibration you can do today:
✨ drink water
✨ eat something proper
✨ put your phone down for 10 minutes
✨ step outside
✨ say “not today” to one thing
What’s yours?

The New Year hype has passed me by, I’ve been in India since Boxing Day with my son, and what a trip it has been.

We’ve made incredible memories, and I’ve also been tending to some unfinished business for my heart when it comes to losing my Dad. There’s something about being here. the places, the people, the pace, the prayer, the noise and the beauty that makes you feel things properly.

We’ve packed in so much: London → Mumbai and then across Gujarat (Rajkot, Bhayavadar, Chalala, Amreli, Ahmedabad… and back to Mumbai). All in, it’s roughly 9,200 km of travel, but it hasn’t just been distance. It’s been FULL of meaning.

I stopped making New Year’s resolutions about five years ago. After the pandemic, and after Dad died, I promised myself something different: to live with intention.

My heart is so full right now, and we still have two more days to enjoy this beautiful land 😍

I can’t wait to come back to London, hug my loved ones, bore everyone with pictures and stories, and get back to work with intention with my therapy clients, and recording A Bunch of Therapists with Michaela McCarthy.

One of the most special parts of all of this has been sharing our ancestral home with my son. That feels like a gift I’ll carry for a long time and the full circle moment I didn’t know I needed.

I promise to bore you all with more pictures when I’m back too 😍🤣🫶🏽❤️🤗🇮🇳

Let Me Help You Live Your Happiest Life

Hello friend! I am a Homeopath and Coach and work with people who are suffering with grief, loss, depression, anxiety and stress.

People, maybe like you? People who have become stuck in negative thoughts, feelings and cycles of behaviour. I know you want to feel better but panic attacks, low mood, incessant worrying, reliving your trauma, feeling depressed and sometimes not even being able to get out of bed in the morning stops you!

With my homeopathy packages and one to one grief coaching and life coaching programs I will work with you to move through all of this. I will work with you to get complete with whatever the pain of your loss is and the grief you are experiencing.

I can help you eliminate the panic attacks, help you come out of the depression, help you stop living in a state of worry and anxiety all the time. I can help you live your happiest life. I just want you to know - you don't have to feel like this forever my friend.
