Role Overview:
As an IPAF Instructor at Al Laith, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals to operate Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) safely and effectively. Leveraging your 3 years of hands-on experience in the AWP (MEWP) industry and an additional 3 years in the IPAF training sector, you will be responsible for imparting valuable knowledge and practical skills to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive IPAF training programs, ensuring participants understand the principles of safe operation, maintenance, and emergency procedures for various categories, including 3a, 3b, 1b, and H1 (Harness1).
- Demonstrate expertise in load and unload procedures, emphasising best practices and adherence to safety regulations.
- Utilise your UAE Driving License #3 to provide on-site practical training, allowing participants to gain real-world experience.
- Facilitate training sessions in English, Hindi, and Urdu, catering to diverse language preferences and ensuring effective communication.
- Capitalise on your Highfield Qualification (advantageous but not mandatory) to enhance training content and delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- IPAF Instructor Licence (I): Valid and recognized IPAF Instructor Licence, showcasing your proficiency in training individuals in the safe use of Aerial Work Platforms.
- 6 Years of Industry Experience: A combined total of 6 years, with a minimum of 3 years in the AWP (MEWP) industry and an additional 3 years in the IPAF training sector.
- Category Expertise: Proficiency in categories 3a, 3b, 1b, and H1 (Harness1), demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of different equipment types and operational methods.
- Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in loading, unloading, and operating AWPs, MEWPs, and related equipment.
- UAE Driving License #3: Valid UAE Driving License #3 to facilitate on-site training and equipment operation.
- Multilingual Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Urdu to effectively instruct and communicate with participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
