🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER – ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY 🚨

Foyleside Family Practice is a ZERO Tolerance Practice.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for staff and patients, we would like to remind everyone of the following:

• Patients must not photograph, film, or record staff without their explicit consent.
• Patients must not post images, videos, or comments about staff or the practice on social media that are derogatory, abusive, or defamatory.
• Such behaviour may be treated as a serious breach of the practice zero-tolerance policy and may result in removal from the practice list.

We ask all patients to be considerate and act reasonably at all times.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our practice a safe and respectful place for everyone.

We understand that recent infant formula recalls may be causing worry for parents and carers. Our information page explains which products are affected and what you should do.

Batches from brands including Aptamil, Cow & Gate and SMA have been recalled. If you have formula at home, check the batch code as affected products may still be in your cupboard.

If you have an affected batch:

- Stop using it
- Return it to the store for a replacement
- You can switch to another batch or brand
- If formula was prescribed, speak to a pharmacist or doctor first

The entrance into the building have been adjusted.

Meet at Waterside train station for 10am to get your ticket (travel pass card required) and join in with the entertainment before boarding the 10.38 train to Coleraine. Then there is a short walk so consider any mobility issues and bring a carer if needed. Use your time as you wish before returning to the train station in time for the 14.22 train back to the Waterside station. Any questions - request a call back from Marcia at the practice!
