Jacob and Margo had a great time visiting Owen Mor Care Centre in Culmore on Tuesday evening. The residents enjoyed feeding and cuddling them. We were lucky to get them both home with us as a few residents (and staff) wanted to keep them. Thanks to Donna, the activities facilitator for making us so welcome.

Thank you to everyone at Oakgrove for having us last week, Eileen and Albert loved meeting all the children and were exhausted from all the excitement, when they got homeπŸ‘β€οΈπŸ‘

Two of our pet lambs were delighted to visit the Waterside Boys Brigade on Tuesday evening. The boys were very inquisitive, asking lots of questions and getting hands on with the lambs. They are a great group of boys and we enjoyed the visit just as much as they did πŸ‘β€οΈπŸ‘

✨ Christmas Wreath Workshop ✨

Last night we held our Christmas Wreath Workshop for bereaved parents. It was lovely to step away from the December rush and spend a few quiet hours creating our handmade wreaths β€οΈπŸ‘β€οΈ

Christmas can be a joyful time for some and an incredibly difficult time for others. Everyone experiences this season differently, and it’s good to be able to respect each other's way of moving through this time of year.

Thank you to everyone who joined us 🌲

We will close the guessing at noon on Friday 12th and will contact the winner following this πŸ‘β€οΈπŸ‘

Correct answer was 198, well done to whose who guessed correctly!

πŸ‘πŸŽ„ Sheep-Spotting Challenge! πŸŽ„πŸ‘

Our sheep-themed tree is up at the Cathedral’s Christmas Tree Festival, and nestled underneath is a lovely little farm display.
If you’d like to give it a new home, just guess how many sheep are included in our display.
The closest answer will receive the farm display before Christmas. Post your answers below or send a PM.
Pop along to the festival from today and see if you can spot them! πŸ‘β€οΈπŸ‘

Be sure to give our page a follow too πŸ‘

Earlier this week we got our tree up at St Columb's Cathedral. Groups and individuals have donated their handmade creations throughout the year and when we put it all together we just could not believe how many we had. Thank you to each and every person who contributed πŸ₯° Be sure to call over at the festival, which opens on Monday and runs to the 20th December.

*2026 Calendar*

A few people have been asking if we are doing our calendar again this year, and yes we are! It is currently in the process of being printed. Thanks to Lynette at Oak Print and Graphics, for keeping the costs down, which means we can sell them for Β£5 again this year.

Thank you to those who have sent us in photos, we have used these this year, along with our own.

All proceeds from the calendar sales will go to Cancer Research UK. PM if you would like to pre order or PayPal timeforewe@gmail.com. Thank you πŸ‘β€οΈπŸ‘
