Two of our pet lambs were delighted to visit the Waterside Boys Brigade on Tuesday evening. The boys were very inquisitive, asking lots of questions and getting hands on with the lambs. They are a great group of boys and we enjoyed the visit just as much as they did 🐑❤️🐑

✨ Christmas Wreath Workshop ✨

Last night we held our Christmas Wreath Workshop for bereaved parents. It was lovely to step away from the December rush and spend a few quiet hours creating our handmade wreaths ❤️🐑❤️

Christmas can be a joyful time for some and an incredibly difficult time for others. Everyone experiences this season differently, and it’s good to be able to respect each other's way of moving through this time of year.

Our beautiful calendars have arrived. I will get those that have been pre ordered delivered this week. If anyone else would like one, they are £5 and proceeds are going to Cancer Research UK (PayPal timeforewe@gmail.com) or pm and I can send bank details or cash. Elsie has a few also for anyone who will see her.

Our sheep-themed tree is up at the Cathedral’s Christmas Tree Festival, and nestled underneath is a lovely little farm display.
If you’d like to give it a new home, just guess how many sheep are included in our display.

Earlier this week we got our tree up at St Columb's Cathedral. Groups and individuals have donated their handmade creations throughout the year and when we put it all together we just could not believe how many we had. A few people have been asking if we are doing our calendar again this year, and yes we are! It is currently in the process of being printed. Thanks to Lynette at Oak Print and Graphics, for keeping the costs down, which means we can sell them for £5 again this year.

Thank you to those who have sent us in photos, we have used these this year, along with our own.

I messaged John from Ginger Kitchen Crafts saying I needed a handmade tree topper to fit in with our tree, and—true to form—he came up with the idea himself. Not only did he create this fantastic topper in just a few days, he even hand-delivered it and wouldn’t take a penny for it.

Our friend Ruth messaged to say she was calling with some sheep for our tree. Having sat beside Ruth in art class many moons ago and knowing just how talented she is, I was excited to see what she had made. We however were blown away with these. 20 beautiful hand made ceramic sheep. Super excited to see it all come together now 🌲 🐑 ❤️ Thank you so much Ruth Gilfillan 🥰
