Not forgetting my Saturday superstars. Jessica Bodman and Roger who were crowned our Slimming World Icons this morning in group.

Jessica was over the moon when I opened my Saturday morning group as since retiring she wanted to make sure her and Roger had a healthy lifestyle and they've lost just under 3 stone between them since I opened my Saturday morning group at the end of August.

The weight losses in group speak for themselves, members who struggled to get to a group in the week love starting the weekend the right way and it's lovely seeing all the friendships made since opening 😀😍.

Congratulations Jessica and Roger so proud of you both 🥰.

Yesterday we crowned our Longfield Monday Slimming World Icons. I couldn't be prouder of every one of them and the inspiration they bring to everyone in group each and every week.

Members don't join group to win competitions but how lovely Slimming World loves to recognise them for the difference they make in group each week 🥰.

So proud of every member that walks through my door each week and I'm extremely grateful for their generosity and kindness in my fundraising for Mabel in October.

But what's lovely from today is seeing members walk back through my door after realising that Slimming World is the only sustainable weight loss plan with real food and drink, real support especially if diabetic, as we work in conjunction with Diabetes UK to ensure they get the correct information in order to lose weight safely and more importantly keep the weight off when they reach their personal achievement target, the weight they choose for themselves as individuals which is the thing I loved when I first joined over 23 years ago.

Members who have chosen to use weight loss medication and/or weight loss surgery are feeling so happy to have that weekly support in group with no judgement, in making the lifestyle and habit changes which are crucial alongside doing anything like that for the weight to stay off for life.

My target members are proof that Slimming World works and the fact they're in group each and every week is such an inspiration to everyone especially new members joining who see it works and how happy everyone is 😍.

We've got this wonderful special offer starting in groups this week where members are invited back to rejoin for free if they bring their membership card and book.

Just imagine what you could achieve in November, never mind in December.

Don't wait until the New Year to come back to Slimming World..there's so much new and exciting coming for 2026, make sure you're back at group to find out first before anyone else 😀.

I've given our two 1.5 stone awards this morning from members who joined when I opened my Saturday group at the end of August x how amazing is that 😍. My members blow me away 😁.

Not forgetting the Community Impact Award I received from Head Office last week x I was honoured to receive it for my services for helping the community as well as celebrating my Gold Award as a Consultant once more.

The biggest compliment to any Slimming World Consultant is when a returning member walks through that door.

I'm back home from an absolutely wonderful holiday and thought I'd share one last holiday photo.

I felt absolutely incredible in this dress and so happy in every holiday photo taken. There's not a feeling like it in the world and the reason I'm sharing this is because I became a consultant so I could be a part of helping others get this feeling every single day.

I'm excited about the new changes coming in January at Slimming World and if you're already a member you'll have heard all about them already from the Slimming World website and app.

I've missed my lovely members but I'm fired up and ready to go and looking forward to being back in group this Saturday morning at 9am.
