💪 Good job we love a challenge, and I didn’t just give up on competing … 😮‍💨

🙏 And good job I was able to get in with Ben who worked his magic to give me every chance of still being able to compete (thanks so much once again!) 🪄

🤝 So, surrounded with epic teammates (and awesome competitors/mates), I put my big boy pants on (took some ibuprofen), and managed to come away with two individual medals! 🤩

👐 Now time for rest and rehab🧎‍➡️

👀 SLOW DOWN TO SPEED UP! 📈

❌ Stop rushing, slipping water, and needlessly wasting loads of your effort and energy!

✅ Swim purposefully, and slower, with a focus on good technique!

💪 Think about your push off, glide, hand entry/glide, catch-pull-push form, body/shoulder rotation, head position etc etc. …

💥 Check our other vids, which explain all of these things!
