Community is so important because it gives us a sense of belonging and support. It helps us build connections and friendships that I will certainly cherish forever. When we’re part of a community, we get emotional support, which can really help fight off feelings of loneliness. Others who have their own businesses can relate. It means we can push eachother and share knowledge, resources and skills. It can inspire growth and new ideas. A feeling of value and empowerment.

These three WONDERFUL women in my life

we met through Instagram, and quickly realised we had trained at the same Kinesiology college. We’ve become super close ever since! So much laughter, support & advice.
Antonya helps clients on a deeper level with Divine Healing and Soul Contract readings, and holds online sessions.

We met through our Kinesiology course. We often get together every few months to carry out treatment swaps(which always seem to come at the perfect time) as well as talking about how to elevate both of our businesses. As we’ve got to know each other, we’ve realised we are pretty similar 😂.
Liz is an acupuncturist and kinesiologist, and practices in Surrey.

We met through a mutual friend, and when I see Robyn, the time we spend together is never enough! We talk about all things business and how to grow & evolve, both professionally and personally with a giggle along the way.
Robyn is a yoga teacher, also offering bespoke treatments including sound, reiki and massage, and she often holds many events including cacao ceremonies and sound baths.
Robyn has a studio based in Chingford🥰

That’s a wrap on 2024…

It’s been a busy year. Finishing my hypnotherapy course, two hen dos, two weddings!🫶🏻 some very relaxing holidays and a hectic Christmas🎄.
