If you’ve been thinking about taking some time to slow down during pregnancy, this is your sign 🤍
These gentle weekly sessions are designed to help you relax your body, calm your mind and connect with your baby in a peaceful, supportive space, while also helping you feel more prepared and confident for birth.
Through soothing breathwork, guided relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques, you’ll learn simple tools to release tension, support better sleep, and approach birth feeling calmer, informed and empowered.
✨ Because when you feel calm and supported, your baby feels it too.

💷 £12 per session or £40 for the full 4-week course
