Chair yoga offers benefits like improved strength, balance, flexibility, and posture, along with reduced stress, anxiety, and chronic pain, making it an accessible and safe way to enhance physical and mental well-being, especially for those with limited mobility. It's a gentle yet effective practice that uses a chair for support incorporating deep breathing to promote relaxation, better sleep, and improved focus.
There is plenty of free parking outside the community centre.
