✨ Sauna & Yin, 6.30–8.30pm ✨
at The Old School, Ludgvan

The fire will be lit, the sauna warm, and the yurt ready to welcome you into stillness.
A gentle evening of breath, rest and release. Beginning with quiet time and pranayama in the sauna before moving into a slow, supported Yin Yoga practice with Jennie Atkinson Yoga.

A soft landing for body and mind as we close the week together.

Trusting the Fire 🔥
What does it mean to stand in the fire without needing the flame to behave?

Join us on Wednesday 22nd October (6.30–9.30pm) for Trusting the Fire — an evening of reflection, story, and embodied practice with Dee at The Old School, Ludgvan.

A Satsang is a gathering in truth. A shared field of inquiry where story, silence, and presence become the teachers. Together, we’ll explore how love, loss, and shadow can all be part of the same current of transformation.

We’ll close the evening in the silent sauna - with drum, breath, and steam - a descent into stillness where words dissolve and the body remembers what truth feels like.

✨ Equal Night, Gentle Light ✨

Tonight we gather for the Autumn Equinox. A moment when day and night stand equal before we turn toward the darker months.

Join us for yin yoga, breathwork, sauna and poetry, with a seasonal scrub to shed what no longer serves. We’ll soften into stillness, honor light and shadow and close in community with tea.

✨ Sauna & Yin Yoga: Sacral Chakra ✨
Tomorrow, Sunday 7th September | 6.30–8.30pm | The Old School, Ludgvan

As summer begins to soften at the edges, we invite you to pause, breathe, and tend to yourself. 🌙

We’ll begin with the gentle heat of the sauna, melting away the week and preparing your body for release. From there, will guide us through nourishing yin postures to soothe and awaken the sacral chakra, the seat of creativity, movement, and flow.

Together, heat and stillness weave a space for balance, leaving you open, restored, and renewed.
