We’re taking on this challenge in memory of Liam and to honour his life by continuing a conversation that’s still not happening enough.

Too many men are struggling in silence and at X-4RCE, we’re working to change that.

Creating safe spaces where men can talk, be heard, and know they’re not alone.

This jump is more than just a challenge, it’s about remembering Liam and making sure something positive comes from that loss.

Guest Speaker Tonight at X-4RCE!

Tonight we welcome Phil Rutter - a true Luton legend.

Born and raised in Luton, Phil lost his sight growing up, but turned it into his superpower. He doesn’t judge by appearance, only by how people connect and communicate – a powerful message for us all.

Phil has been inspiring the community since 1976 and has achieved so much, including founding Luton VIPs and volunteering with CHUMS for 21 years.

You may also spot him dancing at local events or even playing a tune! 🎶

A true asset to Luton and we are delighted to welcome him Tonight at Raynham way community centre - 7.30pm

We're looking forward to attending the Social Prescribing Excellence event hosted by EQuality Pcn next week!

This event brings together inspiring professionals including doctors, clinicians, artists, and music therapists to highlight the power of social prescribing in supporting health and wellbeing.

There will also be a screening of Everyone Needs Someone, alongside opportunities to connect, learn, and explore a range of wellbeing initiatives.

Attendees can access information on:

Gym memberships

Music and art prescriptions

Activities for children, including creative programmes

Green prescribing

Boxing and physical wellbeing sessions

This is a great opportunity to network, build partnerships, and continue strengthening support for our community.
