A big thank you to Graeme White Personal Training for supporting our 12 hours Darts Marathon Fundraiser as one of our valued sponsors.

Graeme also leads our free bootcamp sessions every Sunday from 3pm-4pm at Raynham way community centre, giving his time to support both physical and mental wellbeing in our community. We're incredibly grateful for his continued support...although some of the men he puts through their paces each week may say otherwise 😅

We are delighted to be putting on another fantastic FREE workshop this evening thanks to Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation on behalf of Luton Rising

We are joined by local musician Ryan Prazer who will be giving us a crash course in guitar and sharing some of the tips and tricks that made him so great with little to no effort.

If you're male, aged 18 plus we would love you to join us this evening. Just head over to Raynham way community centre at 7.30pm

Yesterday's TEDx Luton rehearsal left me feeling so inspired.

Running through my talk on the stage, receiving such thoughtful and encouraging feedback, and listening to the other speakers share their powerful ideas reminded me just how special this experience is going to be.

And the best moment? My 7 year old daughter standing on the stage with me - a little reminder of why I do what I do and who I hope is always dreaming big 🧡
