We’re proud to announce the official launch event for our new Body & Mind project

📅 Sunday 10th May
📍 Raynham Way
⏰ 2:30pm – 4:00pm

This event marks an exciting step forward in our work to support men’s physical and mental wellbeing within the community.

We’ll be sharing more about the project, our future plans, and the impact we hope to make as well as taking a moment to say a huge thank you to the Luton Citizens Fund for their support in bringing this to life.

🔹 From 2:30pm – Join us for refreshments, networking, and an introduction to the project
🔹 From 3:00pm – Optional physical activities will begin (men aged 18+ welcome to take part in a separate hall)

If you’d prefer not to join the physical activities, you’re very welcome to stay, connect, and be part of important conversations around men’s mental health with our team and community.

This is more than just a launch, it’s about creating safe spaces, building connections, and opening up conversations that matter.

We’d love to see you there. Please get in touch if you’d like to attend.

We’re excited to be holding the first Mind session of our Body & Mind programme this Sunday in partnership with the amazing Brother 2 Brother

📅 Sunday 26th April
🕒 3:00pm start
📍 Raynham way community centre

Join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk through the beautiful County Wildlife Site in Wigmore Park

The walk will last approximately 40–45 minutes

Route is accessible via paved paths, with a slight incline into the park, followed by fairly level grassy pathways through the ‘wild’ section before returning to the centre

We’re really pleased to have members of Brother 2 Brother joining us for this session, continuing their incredible work supporting men in our community

Refreshments will be provided after the walk

This is a great opportunity to get moving, clear your mind, and connect with others in a supportive, welcoming space.

We are very grateful to Lutons Citizen fund who have made project possible. The Luton Citizens Fund is funded through Luton Rising, Luton Council and Be Active Beds in partnership with Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation

We've recently launched X-4RCE Body & Mind– a 9-month men’s health programme supporting physical activity, mental wellbeing, nutrition, and positive lifestyle change across Luton.

As part of this programme, we are looking to bring in guest facilitators to deliver a small number of one-off sessions across the project.

We currently have paid session opportunities available and are inviting expressions of interest from:
• Fitness coaches / personal trainers
• Football, boxing, or group exercise instructors
• Nutritionists / dietitians
• Mindfulness & wellbeing practitioners
• Guest speakers on motivation, sleep, habits, and behaviour change

Each session is 1 hour, delivered to small groups of men (18+) in a supportive community setting. This is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to a meaningful local project.

✔ Paid for your time and expertise
✔ Opportunity to make a real community impact
✔ Flexible, one-off delivery

If you’re interested (or know someone who would be a great fit), please drop me a message to find out more.

Let’s work together to support healthier, stronger communities

Still smiling today after an incredible day at Wembley yesterday 🧡⚽

I had the pleasure of heading down with my daughter and some of the X-4RCE team to watch Luton Town lift the Vertu Trophy and what a game it was!

Seeing the energy, the pride, and the unity in that stadium was something really special.

Huge congratulations to Luton Town Football Club on a well-deserved win

We’re excited to welcome a new Director to X-4RCE CIC – Keith Trew

Keith joins us after a long and successful career in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a real passion for supporting others.

After retiring, Keith came across X-4RCE on social media and decided to come along to a session and quickly found a welcoming, inclusive space where men can talk openly and support each other without judgement.

Since then, he’s become a valued member of the community, recently completing Mental Health First Aid training and using his life experience to support others.

Keith is passionate about raising awareness around men’s mental health and helping break down stigma something we’re incredibly proud to stand alongside him on.

💬 “I feel honoured to join X-4RCE as a Director and hope to support the vital work being done in the community.”

Please join us in giving Keith a warm welcome!
