💫 Reiki: My Family First Aid Essential 💫
Did you know Reiki is a powerful tool for physical recovery? As a mum of three, I use it constantly for the family’s bumps, bruises, cuts, burns & more!
For example: This hockey injury. 👁️ Swelling and bruising can be so intense, but by supporting the body’s energetic flow, we can help it heal quicker & more efficiently.
There is so much power in the body’s ability to mend. 🕊️ These photos show the rapid shift in swelling and colour as Reiki accelerates the natural healing process, thanks to Jikiden Reiki@first aid techniques. .
💫 Photo 1 - 2 hours post injury, immediately before I started giving Reiki.
💫 Photo 2 - immediately after giving 75 minutes hands on Reiki.
💫 Photo 3 - approx 22 hours after the injury. I had also given another 60 minutes of distant Reiki while she was in bed at night.
💫 Photo 4 - 30 hours after injury.
What I love most about Reiki is that the “work” doesn’t stop when the session ends; it continues to harmonise your physical and emotional well-being for days.
This first-aid approach is exactly how Reiki was used in Japan back in the 1930s—and you can learn to do the same when you learn traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki.
I have one final spot open for my training next weekend. I’d love to welcome you there. ✨
Remember…The body is designed to heal; Reiki just gives it the boost it needs. ✨
