⚡️There are things that quietly drain your energy.⚡️

Overthinking.
People pleasing.
Controlling everything because you’re afraid it will fall apart.
Stress you don’t talk about.
Trying to be strong all the time.
Carrying things that were never yours to carry.

I know this because I lived it.

I used to wake up exhausted, even when I hadn’t done much.
Feeling “off” and not knowing why.
No matter how much I rested, I was still drained. I was always the strong one. Always pushing through.

I’ve always been deeply spiritual.

As a child, I felt everything. I sensed energy. I saw the world differently and I was called “weird”… even “witch.” So I learned to quiet that part of myself just to fit in.

Deep down, I was searching for the girl I used to be, open, connected, free.

When I began energy healing, something inside me remembered. It felt like coming home.

Through Reiki, my mind became calmer.
My body felt lighter.
The heaviness slowly lifted.
I have energy to live my life, not just survive it.

It didn’t change me, it brought me back to myself.

Now I teach and offer Reiki sessions, both in person and at a distance, so others can experience this too. It helped me, this is lived experience, not empty words.

Every piece is made under the full moon, through a gentle ritual of intention, and cleansed and charged with Reiki energy. They are not mass-produced, but lovingly handmade by me, and every design is different and unique, carrying its own energy and purpose.

This birthday is incredibly special to me. I’m truly living in alignment with what my soul has been quietly asking for, for so long. I’ve stepped into my purpose, and every day now feels like a celebration, a gift of its own.🤍

• Journal your heart’s truth — what do you need more of? What can you release?
• Cleanse your space and energy — light a candle, clear clutter, or use sound or crystals.
• Rest and nourish your soul — stillness holds wisdom.
• Work with crystals like Moonstone, Clear Quartz, or Amethyst to support clarity and intuition.

Smudging isn’t just a ritual—it’s an act of self-care.🧘‍♀️
When I light sage, I’m not just clearing the air—I’m clearing energy. Stress, old emotions, tension from others… all the things we silently carry without realizing it.
Our spaces—just like our bodies—absorb energy. They attune to our emotions, our thoughts, our interactions. And just like we tidy up our homes, our energetic environment also needs care and cleansing.💫

I smudge:
• Before and after Reiki sessions
• After emotional tension or stress
• When I move into a new space
• After visitors or busy social settings
• Before meditation, journaling, or intention-setting
• During full or new moons
• Anytime I feel heavy, anxious, or disconnected

Just like Reiki, smudging creates space for healing. It’s a way of saying: I’m ready to let go. I’m ready to return to myself.🤍
