Aerial yoga is suitable for all bodies , the aerial hammock supports the body to allow joint and muscle support, whilst releasing fascia , building strength, mobility and confidence.

Well that was incredible, 5 days of yoga , sauna , cold plunging, laughter, sleeping, lots of sleeping , fantastic company and delicious food. Time to turn inwards and embrace winter thank you !
Can't wait for our collaboration on Feb 7th winter stirring , a day to lazily open the eyes take a look around, but enjoy the coziness of winter .

What a year it has been , new collaborations with and friendships, Glass festival with new tent at the lakes brought my aerial yoga and somatic movement to

First UK guitar bootcamp with
And taught my first movement for guitarists workshop

Can't wait to see what 2026 brings ....
Classes start on Weds 7th January, I'm now offering class passes for regular users to mix and match classes .
