I’m a Kundalini Yoga teacher specialising in soul growth, healing the heart, self love and transformation. Based in Cromer, Hertforshire, SG2. I’m currently running an outdoor Kundalini Yoga and meditation class every Wednesday morning. It gives you the opportunity to deeply connect with yourself. It’s a nourishing practise, that will give your body, mind and spirit exactly what it needs. Practising outside in the peaceful setting of mother nature is so beautiful. I invite you to join me to experience your divine essence.
