Hatha • for that whole body strength, stretch & balance- a great place to start if you’re brand new and confused or nervous! I got you 😘
Vinyasa • for sweaty flowy funky yoga, spicy transitions, arm balances, inversions and lots of giggles and community fireeee
Slow flow • combo of both the above, it’s slow, tranquil, and feels flipping delicious but it’ll still push you to find your depth
Yin • for unwinding, muscle relaxation, fascia release, meditation, a chance to surrender & see what your body needs, tuning inwards and letting go
Trapeze • for that pull, core, grip and upper body strength, learn to fly & let gravity help you release your compression !
