Mae cofrestru bellach ar agor ar gyfer *Celfyddydau Natur y Gaeaf* - rhaglen iechyd a llesiant 6 wythnos yn Ysbyty Cymunedol Bro Ddyfi sy’n dechrau ddydd Mercher 21 Ionawr.

Taking time to be outdoors - even just 20 minutes - can trigger measurable changes inside your body from lowering stress hormones, easing blood pressure and even improving your gut health to help with recovery.
This month those on the national exercise referral scheme here in Machynlleth had an Awyr Iach Winter Nature Arts taster session to try out the Dyfi Valley's free outdoor health service. Interested in trying it out for yourself? Registrations are now open for *Winter Nature Arts* - a 6 week health and wellbeing programme at Bro Ddyfi Community Hospital and Sensory Garden which starts 21 January.
