Gait Analysis 👣
“I’m watching the way you walk… but why?”

Walking is a complex movement, and when pain, injury, or weakness is present, the body adapts. These adaptations often show up in the way you walk, sometimes before you even notice a problem.

Gait analysis is one of the many tools we use to identify movement compensations, muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, and faulty biomechanics. Pain doesn’t always come from where the problem starts; knee, hip, or foot pain can often be traced back to how forces are moving through the body with each step.👟

By analysing your gait, we can better understand the cause of pain or injury and design more effective treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention strategies, helping you move more efficiently and pain-free. 👏🏼
