If you are swimming in the cold water through the winter, it is useful to have a review and check up on your overall health & your especially heart function. (Especially if you are looking at any sort of cold water competitions or endurance swims). We have had swim Sports medical checks & can highly recommend Dr Paul, Nigel & Nat as a fab medical assessment & review team! 💪🩺❤️

It’s the REALLY cold water season…. 🥶When people start to question the sanity of open water swimmers who keep going through the winter months! It creates curiosity from the media & we often get asked for interviews about WHY we do it! 😂Here are some of the comments from people on our courses….
