What a sunny day! Lots of happy mums arrived in the sunshine this morning for our March meet. Thank you to for coming to speak to us about mums and identity, we talked about the mental and physical changes, how our priorities change, how you can feel like you lost your former self. As well as knowing it’s ok to find it hard and asking for support does not mean you are failing. Thanks everyone for coming 💕
