Hi all! I’ve lost all my you tube videos since changing my email address so I’m slowly adding some new videos onto my new channel. Here is the first one…It’s just a simple routine to strengthen and mobilise the feet and ankles. We often neglect this area but it’s do important to have them functioning well to prevent injury and to balance/align the rest of the body up from the feet. Have a go and let me know what you think!!
