Champions of life!

Well done to Gavin, Matthew, Toby, Emily, Simon and Rich for finishing the Lakeland 50 at the weekend.

Massive well done to for completing the 100 miler (5th year in a row) only a select few women have done the 5 years! 👏

For anyone not in the know these hero's are all runners from - Theo at Thrive Kent is kind of their unofficial fixing guy!

If you like running, walking and drinking we'd highly recommend the club for your running journey.

Everyone from Harvel Harriers are extremely friendly and welcoming, and believe it or not most in this picture use to think a 10k was too long! Now they've just done 50 and 100 miles!

Well done again 👏
