Enough said!
Sleep can be hard to find during pregnancy at times. Not to mention the burden of trying to roll over onto your other side, feeling like you’re made of lead!
I’m not saying my classes will cure this problem 100%.. but they can definitely help in finding a better nights slumber, especially after class as so many of my ladies have attested to.
Classes can help alleviate aches and pains and calm the mind meaning having that better night’s sleep is within grasp 💤
Message me to chat about how my classes can help you 🤰🏼

If you’re due to have a baby in 2026, this is something you’ll want to consider 🤍
During my pregnancies, being in water was the only place I truly felt comfortable, especially with my second. Whether it was the bath or the pool, the weightlessness took the pressure off my pelvis and gave me precious moments to close my eyes, breathe, and just be.
In the pool, I could move freely without discomfort, stretching, floating, and swimming in ways that supported both my body and my mind.
I’m now taking bookings for my Aquanatal Yoga classes, starting this January ✨
Maldon, Essex- starting 7th January (6 weeks)
• 6:30pm - fully booked
• 7:40pm - 3 spaces left
Rayleigh, Essex- starting 8th January (6 weeks)
• 8:00pm - 1 space left
If water brought you comfort during pregnancy or you’re curious to experience that support, I’d love to hear from you 💧🤍

Why are we all out here chasing perfection like it’s some kind of Olympic sport?
We pile so much pressure on our bodies and minds… and for what? Does it actually make us happier? Or are we secretly just tired of sprinting after standards that are way too high for any human to reach?
That’s why I think of my classes as a little rebellion against perfection. A place where you can drop the expectations, sigh dramatically if needed, and realise that letting go feels really good. Every “perfection” you release? P**f..! The tension disappears with it.
Can’t nail a pose? Who cares, as long as you’re safe and smiling. 😂
Bad hair day? The messy bun has entered the room.
Nursery not done before baby arrives? Baby will be too busy sleeping, eating, and being adorable to notice.
Let’s embrace being perfectly imperfect…it’s way more fun anyway. ❤️

Hi, my name is Hayley and I am the owner of Lotus Aqua.
Following over 13 years within the insurance industry, I was given the opportunity to revisit my dream of teaching swimming. Upon completing my STA Level 1 Swimming Teacher qualification, I was blessed with the news that I was expecting my son. This quickly gave me the drive to complete my STA Parent & Baby Swimming Teacher qualification, before my son arrived.
After the birth of my son, I was unfortunately made redundant whilst enjoying my maternity leave and found myself at a cross road in my life. I had to think hard about what career path I wanted to take, which also allowed me to enjoy watching my son grow up. I absolutely loved being pregnant and something in my head kept nagging me that this was the direction I needed to go, but I also LOVED teaching swimming. So, in 2018 whilst my son was 1 year old, I studied hard and completed my full STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and my Water Fitness Ante & Postnatal Exercise Qualification.
In November 2018 I launched my very first aquanatal class in Marks Tey and since then have expanded to 5 classes a week in Marks Tey, Maldon and Chelmsford, delivering classes to over 50 mums-to-be a week! It's been challenging but highly rewarding and I have met some lovely ladies along the way.
