🎤Here at Cradley Surgery, we don't just share all the good feedback. Sometimes it's also good to share the bad so we can improve. Recent feedback: " I didn’t receive a telephone call as booked."
As this is anonymous, we cannot contact this patient directly to correct this. But what we can do is learn from this so it doesn't happen again and collect all relevant contact information at the start of the call. Please keep us as up to date as possible with your contact information to help us prevent this.

Our flu and covid clinics this year will be on two Saturday's ,4th and 11th October. Bookings CANNOT be taken currently. Don't forget that having your vaccines AFTER the 1st October increases the effectiveness of the protection for the flu season. Keep an eye out for the banner on the hedge outside the surgery to know when the bookings are open or on this page or the Website
