These jabs are NOT magic.

They don’t fix your metabolism, your hormones or your habits.

They simply switch off your appetite by hitting your GLP-1 receptors. These slow digestion and signal that you’re full.

Let’s be honest – fat loss in your 40s isn’t as simple as it used to be!

You’re doing the same things that worked in your 30s i.e. eating “healthy”, doing your classes, cutting back when you’ve “been bad”…

Yet your jeans are tighter, your sleep’s rubbish, and your energy’s gone walkabout.

Here’s the truth: it’s not you.
It’s the approach.

Most of the advice out there still treats women like 25-year-old gym bunnies with perfect hormones and no stress.

But when you hit your 40s, your body’s priorities change and if you don’t adapt, it digs its heels in.

I see these same mistakes every week:

• Undereating and overtraining (hello, exhaustion)
• Living on caffeine and willpower
• Ignoring strength work because you think cardio burns more
• Writing everything off as “just menopause”
• And trying to do it all alone, wondering why nothing sticks

I know, because I did the same.

After my muscle condition diagnosis, I spent years battling fatigue, stress and weight gain – until I stopped punishing my body and started working with it.

That’s what I now teach my clients.

We focus on fuelling properly, lifting smart, balancing hormones, and actually enjoying life again – wine, social life, the lot.

Client Story – Nutrition Win at 70

This is what a CAN DO attitude looks like.

Meet one of my clients. She’s 70 years YOUNG, active, determined, and proof that it’s never too late to take control of your health. She’s done things even her specialist told her she couldn’t do. Maybe she is a bit stubborn/driven like me!

After a serious car accident years ago, she now uses a wheelchair, but that hasn’t stopped her training hard and showing up with more drive than most people half her age. She’s done things even her specialist told her she couldn’t do. Maybe she is a bit stubborn/driven like me!

When we first spoke, she was losing too much weight and despite eating well (and eating plenty - just LIKE A HORSE!).
Her trainer asked me to take a look, and after a deep dive into her diet, we realised her nutrition simply wasn’t matching her activity level.

So, we made a few tweaks. Nothing extreme, just smart, balanced changes that supported her energy and recovery.
For the first time in 17 years, her weight has stabilised. This is exactly what she wanted.

She’s now maintaining a healthy weight, feels stronger, and most importantly, she’s happy with how her body’s responding.

This is why I do what I do.
It’s not just about fat loss. It’s about helping women at every stage of life work with their bodies, not against them.

Because when you understand what your body needs, you stop guessing and you start thriving.

It’s not for anyone chasing a quick fix or a magic jab.

It's designed for woman over 40 who’s sick of dieting, fed up of feeling stuck and low on energy, and just wants to feel like themselves again.

In just under 2 Weeks … and she’s already down 2.7kg and 29 cm!

Now before anyone shouts “that’s too fast!” — calm your kettlebells.

This isn’t magic. It’s what happens when a woman finally gets the right plan, proper guidance and stops winging it on low-cal bars and caffeine.

She came to me frustrated and knackered, convinced her body had “just given up” after 40.

We made a few key tweaks — balanced meals, daily movement, better sleep, realistic goals — and BOOM, the body started responding.
