Just ahead of the Premier League season kick-off, I had the privilege of speaking with the BBC 🎙️⚽

We explored a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of elite football — recovery. With players navigating packed calendars across multiple competitions, the margins for rest are shrinking.

I discussed why recovery is not optional, but foundational to performance, longevity, and player welfare. Grateful to contribute to this important conversation.
