As we approach the festive season, many of us are thinking about how to shed a few pounds before the holiday celebrations kick off. ๐ฅณ๐

If you're looking to feel your best before Christmas ๐ , here are a few tips to help you on your weight loss journey:
1. *Set Realistic Goals*: Aim for small, achievable milestones rather than drastic changes. Donโt just measure success by lbs lost but also inches lost too. Think about how ton feel in yourself and all the none scale victories like being able to run after the kids easier. Every achievement counts!
2. *Stay Active*: Incorporate fun workouts into your routine! Whether itโs dancing, hiking, or joining a holiday-themed fitness class, find what you love. ๐ช
3. *Mindful Eating*: Enjoy some treats, but practice moderation. Savor each bite and listen to your body! Include them in your daily calorie count and even better find lower calorie options. I can help with this.
4. *Hydrate*: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help curb cravings and keep energy levels up. If you donโt like plain water then ask me about our water flavourings. I can even offer samples and you can drink it hot or cold.
