This will be a slow, soulful evening designed to move with the flow of nighttime, preparing you for a restful nights sleep.

If you don’t usually practice yoga then this may offer an alternative as this will be a more gentle, slow, somatic style movement with lots of breath which will prepare your mind and body to receive the healing of our Soundbath with the wonderful Sound Therapy with Sabira
