We are back! Same same but different.
Each month Sabira will be cohosting these 2 hour sessions with a different movement practitioner such as yoga, somatics, qigong, breath and more. The location is the beautiful Whalley Range Scout Hut, Egerton road south, M21OYP.

We begin by tending to the physical body through movement and then coming into rest through sound.
Kicking us off in February is our sunday session co- founding mama Nicola guiding us through a beautiful meditation, breath and yoga flow practice.
This session falls on Imbolc the first day of Spring aswell as a Full Moon so it is a potent time to gather together as community and tend to all parts of us.
We are so looking forward to seeing you there.

Join me this sunday for a 75 minute Candle Lit Sound Bath. A perfect way to digest the week and prepare for a new one. Sound Baths can encourage a relaxed state like meditation or sleep. Bring a mat, blanket, teddy bear or friend. Booking link below my loves x 4pm

Hello my loves I have two offerings this month. Coming up this Saturday 20th 6-7.30 pm £10-18 is an enchanting evening of Storytelling with a Sound Bath plus a warm drink and small sweet treat. Or you can join me Sunday 28th 4 - 5.15 pm £16 for a peaceful candle lit Sound Bath. Both at the gorgeous Whalley Range Scout Hut M210YP
