🥶 Anyone else’s eyes streaming the moment they step outside?

With this freezing weather and icy winds, we’ve had lots of people mentioning watery, stinging, irritated eyes — especially when going from cold outdoors straight into heated rooms.

It might sound odd, but watering eyes are often a sign of dry eyes, as the surface of the eye becomes irritated and over-reacts.

A few winter eye tips:
• Try to shield your eyes from cold wind
• Take regular breaks from screens
• Stay hydrated (your eyes need it too!)

If your eyes are feeling uncomfortable, gritty, or constantly watering, it’s worth getting them checked out — especially in weather like this.
